Refund policy

VENSDAE only accepts returns for items that are faulty. If a customer receives a faulty, defective, or damaged item, they can return the item for a refund or exchange,upon verification of the defective item

 We do not accept returns for any other reason. Customers must contact us within 14 days to initiate the return process. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria for a faulty item
